To cancel your subscription
Log in to your Chatex account.
Open Account Settings > Plans.
Select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the subscription ends and you will not be charged again unless you subscribe again.
