Can I change my invoice date?
Chatex does not support changes to invoice dates. Billing cycles and invoice generation schedules are set by the paid option you purchased.
Paid options
7-day paid trial that auto-converts to monthly unless canceled
Quarterly subscription that starts immediately and renews every 3 months unless canceled
These paid options become available after your free messages are used.
Billing begins on the date you subscribe and continues on that same schedule. Invoice dates are tied to the subscription start date and cannot be moved manually.
You can view, download, or manage invoices from the billing area in your account settings.
