Try the original sign-in method first

If you originally signed up with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email, keep using that same method. Password reset will not help if the account was created with a social login first.

Then work through billing recovery

  • Search for Your Pro plan is ready and enter the support code from that email.

  • If no email is available, try every possible account email, including any Apple private relay address.

  • If that still fails, gather the charge amount, date, card brand, and last four digits, then provide a screenshot or PDF of the charge if requested.

Start on the support page. If we can confidently match the account, we will send a secure verification link to the email on file before any account-changing action is allowed.
