If your payment didn't go through, there could be a few common reasons. Here's how to resolve it.

1. Your bank declined the payment

This is the most common reason. Check that your card number, expiration date, CVC, billing address, and ZIP or postal code were entered correctly. Also confirm the card has sufficient funds and that your bank allows online or international purchases.

We typically do not receive detailed decline reasons from banks, so your bank is usually the best source for a specific explanation.

2. Prepaid cards may not be supported

For paid plans, prepaid cards may not be accepted. Please try a standard credit or debit card issued by a supported provider.

3. Unsupported region or card issuer

Payments can only be made from supported countries and regions, and your card must be issued by a bank in a supported region.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Double-check your billing details.

  • Try again in an incognito window or a different browser.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Contact your bank to confirm there are no blocks or holds.

  • Try a different payment method if available.
