Chatex does not currently offer a self-serve Pause subscription action in the billing UI.
If you want to stop renewal, use Cancel Subscription instead. For normal active or trial subscriptions, access usually continues until the current paid period ends.
If your account already shows a Paused billing state, open Billing or start on the support page for help.
