Chatex does not currently use a classic Forgot password? flow for email sign-in. If you use email to sign in, request a new sign-in link from the login modal and continue from the email you receive.
If you originally signed in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft, keep using that same provider. Any password reset for those accounts has to be done with the provider directly.
