You can change your account email from the Profile email page using a verification code.

Yes. To change the email on your Chatex account, open Profile Email, enter the new address, and request a verification code.

  1. Enter the new email address you want to use.

  2. Check that inbox for the 6-digit verification code.

  3. Enter the code to confirm the change.

If the new email is already in use, or if the code expires, request a new code and try again.
