Chatex does not currently support deleting only the saved card or payment method while keeping the account open.
If you want Chatex to stop using the card on file or payment method connected to your account, the available account-level option is account closure. Account closure cancels the subscription, removes access to the account, and signs the account out.
Some billing, security, compliance, fraud-prevention, legal, and operational records may still be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
To request account closure, start on the support page or use the account closure controls in Profile Settings.
