Open Billing
Sign in to your Chatex account with the same method you used when you originally subscribed, then open Billing. If you started with Google, Apple, or email, use that same method again.
What cancellation does
A paid trial keeps access until the trial period ends, then the trial will not convert.
A monthly, quarterly, or 6-month plan usually keeps access until the end of the current billing period, then stops renewing.
Some past-due, paused, or unpaid states can end access sooner.
If you cannot access the original account, start on the support page so we can verify the billing account before any cancellation help is provided.
