Self-serve pause is not available in the current billing UI.

Chatex does not currently offer a self-serve Pause subscription action in the billing UI.

If you want to stop renewal, sign in to your account and open Billing. For normal active or trial subscriptions, access usually continues until the current paid period ends.

If your account already shows a Paused billing state or you cannot access the right account, open the support page for help.
