Refund eligibility
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Forgetting to cancel, changing your mind after use, or no longer needing the service usually does not qualify for a refund.
If you believe a statutory refund right applies, or you experienced a checkout or technical defect that affected the purchase, start on the support page and include your account email, purchase date, amount, and receipt or transaction ID.
