Your Chatex Support Code is a short account identifier in the format CHX-XXXX-XXXX. For paid users, it appears in the footer of the welcome email with the subject Your Pro plan is ready.

  • Search your inbox for Your Pro plan is ready or Support code.

  • Check spam, junk, promotions, and any alternate inbox you may have used to subscribe.

  • If you used Sign in with Apple, also check the Apple private relay address tied to that account.
