You can remove conversations directly from Chatex using chat history options and Profile Settings.
Can I recover deleted chats?
No. Once you delete a chat, it is permanently removed from your account and chat history, and there is no way to restore it.
If you accidentally deleted a conversation, Chatex support cannot recover it for you.
Delete one conversation
Open Chatex and go to your chat history in the sidebar.
Find the conversation you want to remove.
Open its menu and choose Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Delete all conversations
Open Profile Settings.
Go to the Delete All Chats section.
Choose Delete All Chats.
Confirm the action to remove chats from your account and chat history immediately.
