Use the original provider or email flow that created your Chatex account.

If you already have a Chatex account, the safest way back in is to use the same sign-in method you used originally.

  • If you signed up with Google, use Google again.

  • If you signed up with Apple, use Apple again.

  • If you signed up with Microsoft, use Microsoft again.

  • If you signed up with email, request a magic sign-in link to that email.

Password reset does not help when the account was created with Google, Apple, or Microsoft first.

If you used Sign in with Apple, the account may be tied to an Apple relay address, but the login method is still Apple. If you are recovering a paid account and still cannot tell which method was used, start on the support page.
