How this works
When you use a third-party model in Chatex, Chatex acts as a router and sends your prompt to the selected model provider so it can generate the response.
That provider may handle submitted chat data under its own terms and privacy practices. Depending on the provider, this can include retention, service-improvement, or model-training uses.
Can Chatex turn that off?
No universal in-app switch is available from Chatex for this. Chatex does not control each provider's training settings or data-handling rules.
If a provider offers its own opt-out or no-training setting, that control is managed by the provider, not by Chatex. If you work with personal or sensitive information, review the provider's current policy before using that model.
