Try the original sign-in method first
If you originally signed up with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email, keep using that same method. Password reset will not help if the account was created with a social login first.
Then work through billing recovery
Search for Your Pro plan is ready and enter the support code from that email.
If no email is available, try every possible account email, including any Apple private relay address.
If that still fails, gather the charge amount, date, card brand, and last four digits, then provide a screenshot or PDF of the charge if requested.
Start on the support page. If we can confidently match the account, we will send a secure verification link to the email on file before any account-changing action is allowed.
