Tool access in Chatex AI depends on both account state and feature entitlements.

AI Search | Available during free access while the one free message remains, and to paid users afterward. |
Image Generation | Can be used while the one free message remains, and by paid users afterward. |
PDF Chat | Requires sign-in and Pro access. |
Video Generation | Requires sign-in and Pro access. Daily limits and monthly usage limits can still apply. |
Music Generation | Still marked coming soon in the current UI. |
If a tool is shown in the directory but unavailable in your session, check whether you are signed in, whether your free message is already used, and whether your subscription is active.
